Are your slippers true to size ?

The slippers are true to size, so your feet should fit comfortably if your size falls within a stated ranged size. If in doubt, please use the Litfun size chart which recommends the ideal size to get based on your actual foot length.

How do I clean them?

Suede upper is easy care, you can wipe with a rag for small stains. Of course you can also machine wash in cold water and then air dry naturally.

Is the collar hair easy to fall of?

Our fur is artificial fur which has a small amount of floating hair during the cutting process, if the collar hair starts to fall off, in order not to affect your use, we suggest that you use a dryer to blow off the surface of the floating hair.

Is the fur as fluffy as the picture?

Yes, the long shipping may make the fur a bit messy, just knocking them against each other or blowing them with hair dryer will bring them back fluffy and even.

Do these slippers make any noise?

The EVA soles of these slippers are very soft and quiet, so they won't scratch the floor and don't worry about disturbing your family.
