It won’t flake, chip or peel. It’s easy to bake with, easy to clean and maintain. The 76 degree angle allows the pans to nest when empty, saving storage space. The double thick flat rim also adds strength and long lasting durability to this pan. Made of heavy duty .063” thick aluminum which allows faster bake times than steel pans, these commercial-quality pans are made to last. Made in the USA. Measures 16-inch x 12-inch x 1-inch. We manufacture all of our pans in the USA, from an 104,000 sq.-ft. facility in Spokane Valley, Washington. Our manufacturing and engineering teams form metal, spin, anodize and coat all of our products. Our Grandma Style Pizza Pan is built tough, out of a 14 gauge aluminum and is hard coat anodized with double thick flat rims that all combine to make a product that is built to last. The material also means that your dishes will bake faster than they would in steel pans because of the highly conductive aluminum. They make storage efficient as well, as each pan can nest easily inside one another, and because of their coating there’s no worry about harming the pan with metal utensils.
