Soft Setting Feels Soft. Firm Setting Feels Firm.

We've re-designed and re-engineered our pressure pump, making sure the pressure is adjustable & accurate. We've changed the pressure adjuster from a knob to a more accurate, easy-to-use horizontal sliding adjuster.

These innovations result in a pad that is Soft when set to Soft and Firm when set to Firm. While this should be the norm, all competitor systems lack these features.

Static or Alternating Modes

Choose between Alternating mode (the standard and default mode) and Static mode.

Static mode helps your loved one get used to the system, as you can stop the alternation at intervals for them to rest. For example, most customers love to stop the alternation while having lunch!

The Static mode is also extremely useful, during tidying and washing the patient, making it much more manageable.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Alternating Pressure Mode (default mode)

In this mode, the selected air pressure within the mattress pad is cycled approximately every 6 minutes by alternating between two main air chambers, causing a shift in the patient's weight distribution.

Lunderg's pad has been designed to operate without the user feeling any intense movement.

Static Pressure Mode (rest mode)

Press the "Static" ON button to activate this mode. This process can take up to 6 minutes, depending on your current alternating cycle and pressure setting.

Once all pad chambers are fully (and equally) inflated, the static switch will light up, confirming that the static mode is activated.
