SELF-DEGASSING & NO BUBBLES

Our silicone rubber does not require a vacuum machine! Any bubbles in the liquid silicone will automatically disappear within 2 hours at room temperature due to its low viscosity feature.

FLEXIBLE & DURABLE

Our silicone mold making kit is designed for making the flexible & firm molds. Once cured ,the silicone is flexible enough, not easily breaking and easy to demold. The silicone molds have a very long life span, which can be used up to 500~1000 times if taken good care.

HOW TO MAKE MOULDS EASILY WITH NICPRO 20A LIQUID SILICONE!

STEP 1：ASSEMBLY MOULDING BOX

Align the protrusions and grooves of parts, Secure with a binder to any shape you need, fix it on the top of PVC film, seal the bottom with hot glue

STEP 2:MIX 1:1 BY WEIGHT

Mix part A and part B with the ratio of 1:1 by weight, then stir the mixture for 3~5 minsuntil mixed thoroughly

STEP 3: POURING

Slowly pour the stirred silicone liquid into the container to cover the main model. Working time is 30 mins and cure within 5 hrs at 73 F.

STEP 4: DEMOLDING

Wait the silicone rubber set, and wait for about 3-5 hours at room temperature, demold and use the mold after 24 hours!

Why Is My Silicone Rubber Not Curing Properly?

The curing of silicone fluids is related to these factors: 1.Mixed 1:1 by weight. 2. Stirring slowly for 3 minutes at least , until uniform mixed. 3.This mold-making silicone rubber 3~5 hours cures at room temperature (73.4°F / 23°C).

What's The Hardness Of This Silicone Mold Making Kit?

How To Avoid The Liquid Silicone Leaking From The Mold Housing?

To avoid the leaking of liquid silicone, we recommend you also use a hot glue to seal the box bottom.

Do I Need To Fix The Model To The Bottom?

Yes, you need to use a small amount of hot glue to fix the bottom center of the mold. If your model is heavy, it does not need to be fixed
