What are the Ingredients of NumbSkin?

Active Ingredient:

5% Lidocaine

Inactive Ingredients:

Yes, You can use this before getting a tattoo. The cream should be put on more than 1 layer (so not a thin layer) and saran wrap for about 45-60 mins will do it. 20 minutes will still get a numbing effect, but it varies for each individual.
