If the dough is too sticky/wet before rolling, knead with some flour at a time until the stickiness disappear and add flour in the rolling shaft inside.

Turn Mixer Speed Setting to 2 or 3 when using Roller attachment while 3-4 Speed for Cutters for better performance.
