Step 2

Hold your prism in front of the background. Make sure to catch the light from the window. If using a flashlight, hold the prism in your non-dominant hand and the flashlight in your dominant hand. Turn on the flashlight and hold the prism in the light.

Step 3

At first,you only can get white light,so you need continue to twist and turn your prism in the light source until a corner of the triangle falls into the light beam.

Step 4

Light should then refract through the prism and create a rainbow on your background.

Create this cool Rainbow effect

• Turn one of the prism’s edges towards the camera.
• Move and rotate until the rainbows appear.

Make a Kaleidoscope picture

• Place the prism so one of its bases faces the lens.
• Find something to shoot.
• Cover as much of the lens as possible for best results.

Create Mirror, Ghost and Dreamy images

• Place the prism on the lens and move until you can see the reflections.
• Place the prism on different areas of the lens or change the orientation and angle to experiment further.
