Very Importantly: The Desiccant Cartridge inside the SantiCleana Ozone Water Device can be effective for more than 1000 hours; the ozone generator module can be working for more than 2000 hours, which means that the SantiCleana can at least be working for more than 3 years for normal household usages, normal using life can be up to more than 3-5 years by changing no spare parts at all. Compare to some other units available in the market, the SantiCleana unit saves much of your future costs, time and efforts for changing the Desiccant Cartridge for Every Year or 90 Hours of Use.

The instruction video or pages with pictures will be provided accordingly by then, so that you may replace these spare parts very easily if needed.

The SantiCleana ozone water device is not a high maintenance product. It can keep working over the years (in normal household usages, the product can be easily working for 3-5 years, or even more time). For the spare part replacement, normally there are 2 or 3 parts will need to be considered after 3-5 years’ time.
Depending on the using time of the unit, when it comes to the setting time: 1000 hours usages (normally it will be after3 years or even more time for normal household usages), the “UV button” will be flashing as a reminder to change the cartridge (air dryer), when the “flashing light” reminder shows up, the SantiCleana can still continue working without any problem. The ozone will still be generating into the water as usual. If you want to remove the “flashing light” reminder, you can simply keep press the “UV button” for 5-10 seconds, after the “Ding” sound, the “flashing light” reminder will be removed, The SantiCleana ozone water device will still be working as usual.
By then, please contact the Central Industry Group by providing your order ID, we will send you the Desiccant Cartridge (air dryer) at no cost. By that time, you can uncover the panel and the base cover of the SantiCleana unit, you can remove the Desiccant Cartridge (air dryer) by yourself, which is pretty easy, and then you can easily install the new one. We will make an instruction video or pages with pictures for you and send you by then too.
The other part is the ozone generator module, which can last for even a longer time, the design life-span is 2 times of the Desiccant Cartridge (air dryer), if it is not producing any ozone, the 100% O3 button will be flashing, by then, it will be a much longer time than the Desiccant Cartridge (air dryer). You can also contact the Central Industry Group by providing your order ID for spare part replacement at no cost, and you can also change the ozone generator module by yourself too. The instruction video or pages with pictures will be provided accordingly by then.
So in about 3-5 years’ time, you don’t need to worry about the spare part maintenance of the SantiCleana ozone water device. And when the time comes to the setting time, you will be provided the Desiccant Cartridge (air dryer) and the ozone generator module at no cost, and you can change the spare parts easily, which the instruction pages will be provided by then.
Basically, it is a "convenient and cost-saving" product for you.

The SantiCleana Ozone Water Device Can Be Used for Laundry and Other Usages.
You may connect the SantiCleana ozone water device to the washing machine by connecting the bigger water hose from the water outlet in the middle (the size is: 3/4" for the washing machine hose).
At the meantime, if you want, you may also connect the ozone water from the water outlet on the left (the size is: 1/2") to the faucet or the attached sprayer, so that you can use the ozone water from the SantiCleana water device to wash your hand, clean the fruits or vegetables, or clean any other household items needed.
PS: For the bigger water hose of 3/4" which is attached in the spare part box, it is for connecting the tap water to the inlet of the SantiCleana unit. For North & Latin America regions: This bigger water hose of 3/4" is in black color for the hose and with a light yellow connection at one end; For Europe and other regions: This bigger water hose of 3/4" is in light blue color for the hose and with a white connection at one end.
This is an enhanced strength water hose, which has the Stainless Steel Pipe inside the rubber covers, this is two layer strength protection which is stronger than the pure Stainless Steel Pipe only.

The ozone level button selections:
The 100% is a default setting which can be used for all kinds of clothes, fruit and vegetables, dishes, or any other kind of household surfaces cleaning. With the attached sprayer, you can extend the usages to unlimited household cleaning applications.
The 50% is an option for you if you want to use the ozone water with less ozone concentration, for example, if you want to try to use only 50% of the ozone output from SantiCleana, then you can press the "50% O3" button.
But normally, most of the users will just use the default setting of the unit, which will be fine for all kinds of household cleanings.
If you do not want to use the water with ozone, you can press “0% O3” button, or just unplug the power adapter of the electricity, then there will be no ozone going into the water. But the water will still be going in and out of the SantiCleana ozone water device when the washing machine or the sprayer or the faucet is asking for water. There is no problem of using the water at all.

The Ozone Smell is Safe for Household Usages. Additional Product Details are as Below.
The SantiCleana Ozone Water Device has been tested and approved by international labs. It is FCC, CE, RoHs and REACH-SVHC certified. It has also been tested and approved under UL standards.
You may notice the smell of ozone during operation, this is normal, so that you know that the system is working. The ozone levels generated by the SantiCleana system are Safe for the respiratory system of humans or pets.
The Ozone created by the SantiCleana system is the same compound created by lightning in thunderstorms, which is often why people say their laundry has afresh, natural rain smell. This smell will dissipate once the clothes are dry, leaving a fresh, clean smell, free of chemical perfumes.

There is some additional information, would you please note as below:
a) ROLLING SOUND IS NORMAL: When you receive the unit, you may notice that there is some rolling sound from inside of the unit, which is normal, because it is the rolling sound of the dry balls inside the air dryer. This is a normal case for all ozone water devices.
b) 0% O3 RED LIGHT IS NORMAL: After the water hose connection, you may plug it to the electricity. When the SantiCleana unit is plugged in, the “0% O3 button” will be light up in red, this is a normal situation, because it is designed that 0% lights up in red color meaning the unit is in standby mode.
c) THE UNIT ONLY WORKS WHEN THE WASHER OR SPRAYER IS ASKING FOR WATER: When the cold water was turn on, and only when the washing machine (or the sprayer or faucet if you connect the unit to them) is asking for water, the water will be automatically going in and out of the SantiCleana ozone water unit, then the unit will be working to generate ozone water.
d) INLET WATER PRESSURE: For the new unit, if the water goes through, and if the SantiCleana unit stays at 0% O3 red light, most of the case is because the incoming water pressure is too low to activate the SantiCleana unit. In this case, we will suggest to use the black hose which comes in the spare part box, and connect it from the tap water to the inlet on the right hand side of the SantiCleana unit, which will enhance the incoming water pressure for SantiCleana. In this case, the 0% O3 red light issue will be solved. If the incoming water pressure can be enhanced, it will be better for solving this case.
