Yes, you can use the SCUF Nomad without the Companion App. However, some features (such as the paddles) will not work.

Can I use SCUF Nomad with my iPhone case?

Our Nomad is compatible with most cases! However, if you have a case with an accessory attached (wallet, loop, etc.), the controller may not attach properly.

Is SCUF Nomad compatible with Android and iPad?

Android - At this moment, Nomad is only compatible with iOS. Android support is planned, but is still in early development.

iPad - The Companion app is not optimized for iPads (it will work, but it won't be full-screen).

What are the battery specifications for SCUF Nomad?

The SCUF Nomad has a 600mAh battery and supports 5V charging. It is recommended to charge the Nomad via a PC and not a wall brick.
