Can this be used with carpet cleaning agents?

Our products can be used with cleaning agents, applying the cleaning agent to the surface and then cleaning with our steam cleaners

Do you have to keep taking the cloth off and cleaning it if you are steaming carpet?

Do the tools have a suction ability? How does it remove the dirt ?

The device does not apply suction. The attachment with the cloth is very good helping to remove things like coffee stains/debris while steaming. Works best on hard smooth surfaces.
