Fig, Ricotta, and Almond Dessert Pizza
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly toast tortilla on oven rack 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese and almond extract. Remove tortilla from oven and spread on ricotta mixture.
Top with figs and sprinkle with almonds.
Toast again approximately 4–5 minutes or until you see steam and cheese is slightly melted. Drizzle with syrup and serve.
