This brush dryer can automatically convert to the local voltage, no need power adapter or manual fix it to certain voltage.

Can it be used on dry hair directly? Or wet hair directly?

No, this is a BLOW DRYER brush. We dont blow dry dry hair, it will damage hair. After wash hair, towel dry it & rough dry underneath with regular dryer first, apply on heat protection, and detangle the hair, then ready to use it.

The high temperature can be really hot, will it hurt my hair?

Hotter brush means the water evaporates more quickly, your hair doesnt actually start to get hot until the water is gone, when you feel your hair is hot which mean the water is gone,you need to stop.

Is it round shape or oval shape?

It is 2inch oval shape barrel, with gently curved edges, provides tons of volume and a smooth finish.
