WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT HEAVY DUTY TUFF TOE V2 FASTPITCH? Tuff Toe V2 Heavy Duty is stronger and more rigid than our original formula. It is proven to extend the life of your cleats by 3 Times. Tuff Toe is a 2 part epoxy/polyurethane that goes on thick to protect against wear. As long as pitchers drag their toes in the dirt, Tuff Toe will be there to provide a protective coating and prevent wear.

Tough Enough for Repetitive Abuse

The leather and other materials in softball and baseball cleats were not designed to drag against the dirt repetitively. Tuff Toe helps to protect your cleats from this repetitive abuse.

When applying Tuff Toe yourself, our Applicator Gun (sold separately) makes application easier by providing precise material metering and a steady flow.

How to Apply Tuff Toe: Steps 1 and 2

1) MARK AREA: Use marker to make an outline of the area to be protected. 2) PREP: Clean and sand the area well

How to Apply Tuff Toe: Steps 3 and 4

3) EQUALIZE TIP: Tuff Toe is a two-part application that comes in two conjoined tubes that mix in the applicator tip. You must equalize the tubes before application. 4) APPLY BASE: Apply base layer first and use the stick provided to smear evenly.

How to Apply Tuff Toe: Steps 5 and 6

5) APPLY TO TOE:Use a fresh mixing tip. Apply from the corner down. 6) ROTATE:Rotate the cleat for 1-2 mins with the toe tip pointed down to allow the material to spread evenly and avoid runs.

How to Apply Tuff Toe: Step 7

7) CURE FOR 24 HOURS:Material will be 80% cured after 90 minutes, but please allow 24 hours for a full cure. FINALLY: Tuff Toe is also great for other wear areas. Use the same process for any hot spots or other areas of concern.
