1. How to change the display units between lb and kg?

On the back of your scale, find the UNIT button under the battery cover. Press it to change the units from lb to kg.

Open the Wyze App → Go to the Wyze Scale Ultra device page → Click Settings (gear icon) → Select “Unit” → Switch to “kg”.

2. What do I need to pay attention to before using it?

Avoid using this scale in areas where high-frequency signals interfere.

Update the device firmware or the App in time, make sure the battery is powerful.

Ensure that the ground is flat or that the smart scale is in a horizontal state when placed.

3. What are the differences between the metrics displayed on the scale and the App?
