Usage Tips:
· Use wood or other non-metal utensils when cooking. Metal utensils and steel wool will damage the non-stick surface and leave scratches. Clean with a soft sponge and wipe with a thin film of oil for seasoning.
· After washing the griddle, dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
· In case of stuck-on grime after cooking, it may be helpful to soak in water, or add water and boil for a few minutes.
· Store in a dry and ventilated place when not in use.
