The ultra-fine salt particles dissolve immediately when mixed with water to form a buffered saline solution with a neutral pH that won't sting or burn, making nasal cleaning easy and comfortable. Can be used for long periods of time.

Warm tips
1. 98.6°F/37°C distilled, purified or boiled water cooled to body temperature is recommended.
2. Do not try to inhale or exhale through the nose when rinsing, just let the water flow and exhale through the mouth.

How to use:
1. Fill a 300ml nasal wash bottle with 98.6°F/37°C distilled, purified or boiled water cooled to body temperature.
2. Add a small packet of 2.7 grams of Nasal Cleansing Salt. Tighten the cap and shake to mix.
3. Standing in front of the sink, insert the tip of your nose into one nostril, tilt your head to the side with the bottle and let the water run out without worrying about spilling or getting dirty.
4. Repeat step 3 for the other nostril.
5. Clean the bottle and cap.
