-    For security reasons, Fado168 is not responsible for goods that are shipped to the US headquarters without a confirmation email from Fado168. For goods that have not been notified to Fado168 but shipped to the US, headquarters will submit to the US Police.

+     The first method: Email directly to support@fado168.com to notify the tracking number.

+     The second method: Visit the Fado168.com website to update goods information and tracking number (received from the eBay website or shipping service).

5. Receiving the goods and make a payment

-     Fado168 will deliver goods from the US all the way to your home and collect freight.

-     When the goods arrive in Cambodia, you will receive an automated email announcing the arrival of goods. The email will include the goods information you will receive and shipping costs (excluding domestic delivery charges).

F. Shipping policy

The terms below are made to ensure the responsibilities and benefits of customers and Fado168.com. Issues will be mutually discussed and resolved to ensure the highest benefits of customers. By using the Fado168.com service, you agree to the terms of service below:

Article 1: Products that are not accepted for shipping  

         Products that are not accepted for shipping include Guns, publications, articles, and restricted products from circulation in Cambodia or receiving country; contagious, toxic, explosive hazardous substances; Cambodian currency, foreign currency; papers or cheques that may be exchanged into Cambodian currency, foreign currency, and one package with multiple different types of items.

Items from illegal or un-transparent sources shall be confiscated and not be compensated. If a customer deliberately sends all the prohibited products as mentioned above, he/she will take full responsibility according to the current Cambodian Laws.

Article 2: Fado168.com’s responsibilities

  • Check the legality of the package while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security (origin seal, origin box for electronic goods) of the parcels, products, or packages. Fado168.com reserves the right to terminate the customer’s use of the service if Fado168 suspects any illegal activity in the process. 
  • Handle all the questions and complaints within 30 days of the delivery of our shipment to the customers.
  • Fado168.com is not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by delayed shipment or the risk of force majeure (Natural disasters, earthquake, war, floods, typhoon, riots, air crash caused by sound ...). Fado168.com is not liable for the quality of products sent by freight companies to Fado168’s warehouse in the local country.

Article 3: Packaging

       All products should be packed properly. Fado168.com has a packaging service and is responsible for that packaging during shipping. This service will be charged when the package arrives in Cambodia. In case customers wrap their package by themselves, they shall be responsible if the damages occur during their shipment.

Article 4: Compensation level

         The maximum compensation level for parcels lost or completely damaged while Fado168 is shipping as below:

  • 75% on the value of the goods if the customer buy insurance services 0.8%
  • 100% on the value of the goods if the customer buy insurance services 2% and claims 

Article 5: Regulations about receiver detail and Processing

The sender must provide full detail of the recipient: Name, number, street/ward, ward/commune, district, province/city, and telephone number (Required). In case of not being able to contact the recipient, each parcel will be delivered 03 times for the mail and 02 times for the goods to the address of the recipient. Parcel that fails to deliver to the recipient will automatically be sent back to Fado168’s warehouse. After 1 week, if the sender does not request to cancel, the sender must pay for the return package. The delivery fee in Phnom Penh 2$ per parcel for one-time delivery it may vary depending on destination and parcels. Delivery fee to province customer is responsible for it.

Article 6: In case of a lost package

For shipping service, if there is any tracking suspect (eBay order to Cambodia) to lost or longer than expected time (more than 1 month), customer please provide:

  1. Tracking number
  2. Invoice of the goods
  3. Picture of the item
  4. Proof of delivery. Example:

Note: If customers don’t provide the required information as mentioned above, Fado168 will not be responsible for the lost package

G. Insurance policy

Important Note

  • We do not take any responsibility when customers use the wrong shipping address, use the wrong Customer code or fake the type of item(s) that they are shipping.
  • Types of products to be insured by Fado168.com: Glasses, Phone, Laptop, Tablet, Watches, Camera, Lens, Jewelry, Cosmetic…

    1. Voluntary Insurance Plan

    A) 2% of an insurance rate: Payment of 2% of the value of the product(s) being shipped.
    B) Compensation Level: 100% of the value of the missing product(s) (USD 3,000 maximum).

    Firstly, Fado168.com will guide you on how to contact the website in order to inform them of the missing items. If the website confirms that all of the items in the parcel have been delivered successfully and refuses to return the missing item(s), Fado168.com will reward the compensation money of 100% of the value of the missing item(s).

    Products sent from Another Party to the Warehouse of Fado168
    • Require the shipping invoices of UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL….
    • Inform the content of your package. This is the objective proof to issue the 100% compensation money of the lost item(s).

    C) Please contact us through our email support@fado168.com if your item(s) exceeds the value of USD 3,000.
    D) Requirements:
    • Upload the tracking number and declare the value of the product within 24 hours since the package has arrived in the US warehouse.
    • Declare the value of the product.
    • Tick the insurance box in the uploaded tracking part.
    • Non-prohibited products are possible to be shipped.

    2. Fund Plans to Support Risk 0.8% Insurance (Required)

    A) Risk Support Charge: 0.8% of the declared value of the product.
    B) Compensation Level: Refund 75% of the total value of the missing product(s) (USD2000 Maximum)

    Firstly, Fado168.com will guide you on how to contact the website to inform lack of items and compare them to what you ordered. If the website confirms that all of the items in the package have been delivered successfully and refuses to return the missing item(s), Fado168.com will reward the compensation money of 75% of the value of the missing item(s).

    Products sent from Another Party to the Warehouse of Fado168.com
    • Require the shipping invoices of UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL…
    • Inform the content of your package. This is the objective proof to issue the 75% compensation money of the lost item(s).

    C) Requirements:
    • Upload the tracking number and declare the value of the product (Actual Price) within 24 hours since the package has arrived in the US warehouse.
    • Declare the value of the product
    • Tick the insurance box in the uploaded tracking part.
    • Non-prohibited products are possible to be shipped.


    3. Damaged Goods

    a/ New Products
    • Goods are packed by standards packaging, purchased or shipped from professional trading companies but broken due to a strong impact of the process of transportation or overload.
    • Except, fragile goods such as housewares, glass, and crystal furniture ... Please contact Fado168 before shipping to get a consult (these items need to be informed in advance to pack properly before shipping to Cambodia).
    Fado168 is responsible for each type of insurance based on the actual damage level.
    • Basis of determining responsibility: Goods delivered to Fado168 warehouse are in good condition, the seller is a professional trading company, not an individual.

    b/ Used Products
    • Goods were broken due to sellers not packing them well or not following standard packaging for transportation in domestic and international air freight. Fado168 is not responsible for this case.
    • Basis for determining responsibility: Those items are used and bid price on websites like eBay or other websites that sell used products and products purchased from non-professional sellers. For example, speakers, wall clocks, desk clocks, furniture decors, lamps…
